目指す教育

バリューデザイン教育センターは、社会に新たな価値を創造できる人材を育成することを目的に、変化する社会環境に対応できる柔軟な思考力と、持続可能な社会づくりに貢献できるリーダーシップを育む教育を提供しています。
私たちが目指す教育は、単なる知識や技術の習得にとどまらず、社会的責任を自覚し、課題解決に向けて積極的に行動できる人材の育成です。学生一人ひとりが自己の専門性を活かし、異なる価値観を尊重しながら共創する力を養い、社会に貢献する「コトつくり」の力を培うことを目指します。
本センターの教育は、キャリア形成から価値創造、社会実装までの一連のプロセスを網羅し、学生に実践的な経験を提供します。また、国内外の企業や自治体、学術機関との連携を通じて、国際的に通用する社会価値創造のノウハウを学び、グローバルな視点で問題解決に取り組む能力を高めます。
私たちの教育は、学生が社会の一員として、自ら挑戦し、未来を切り拓いていく力を育むものです。このような教育を通じて、社会全体に対して持続可能な価値を提供できる人材を輩出し、次世代のリーダーとして社会の発展に貢献していくことを目指しています。

Educational policy

The Value Design Education Center aims to cultivate individuals who can create new value for society. To achieve this, we provide education that fosters flexible thinking to adapt to evolving social environments and leadership skills that support the development of a sustainable society.
Our educational approach goes beyond the simple acquisition of knowledge and technical skills. We strive to nurture individuals who are socially responsible and proactive in addressing challenges. Our goal is to empower each student to utilize their expertise, respect diverse perspectives, and cultivate a collaborative spirit, thereby contributing to society through the creation of both tangible and intangible value.
The Center’s educational programs cover the full spectrum, from career development and value creation to social implementation, offering students practical, hands-on experience. Moreover, through collaboration with domestic and international companies, local governments, and academic institutions, students gain globally relevant expertise in social value creation and strengthen their ability to address challenges from a global perspective.
Our mission is to inspire students to challenge themselves through value creation and to forge their own paths toward the future as active contributors to society. Through these efforts, we aim to develop individuals who deliver sustainable value to society and act as next-generation leaders driving societal progress.
