バリューデザイン教育センターのミッション

世界のあるべき未来の創造を担う人材を育成するため、専門や学年によらない学びの場で、社会価値創造のためのコンピテンシーを獲得できる教育を提供する。社会価値創造教育は、起業教育にとどまらず、自身のキャリア形成から、価値創造マインドの醸成、機会創出、共創、そして社会実装までを含む広義の意味を持ち、アントレプレナーシップ教育のノウハウと実績を基盤に、学内のスタートアップ推進組織、自治体・企業とのパートナーシップやネットワークを活用した多様なプログラムを開発・提供する。また、海外機関との連携を通じて、世界の変化に応じた国際的に通用する教育を共創し、提供するとともに、地域における社会価値創造教育の普及にも貢献する。

Mission of the Value Design Education Center

To cultivate individuals who will help shape the ideal future of the world, we offer education that equips students with the competencies needed to create social value in a learning environment free from the constraints of academic specialization or year of study. Social value creation education extends beyond traditional entrepreneurship training, encompassing a wide range of elements such as personal career development, fostering a value-creation mindset, identifying opportunities, co-creation, and societal implementation. Building on our expertise and accomplishments in entrepreneurship education, we design and deliver diverse programs by leveraging collaborations with university startup support organizations, local governments, and industry partners. Moreover, through partnerships with international institutions, we co-develop globally relevant education programs that adapt to societal and technological changes, while also contributing to the dissemination of social value creation education within local communities.
